Ingredients: Halal boneless chicken, mixed spices, salt, water and sodium phosphate.

Cooking Instructions:

Appliances and utensils may vary so adjust cooking time accordingly.

Defrosting/Thawing: Thaw frozen product in microwave oven on defrost mode or in the refrigerator before cooking.

Cook the product by using one of the following methods:

Hot Plate / Frying Pan: Place the defrosted Breast Fillet on a preheated frying pan (Add a little butter/oil to avoid sticking, if necessary). Cook for a minute and turn it over. Press softly and rotate till it turns golden brown, it will take 5-6 minutes.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place already defrosted Breast Fillet on a baking sheet, wrap it with aluminum sheet (to maintain its juiciness) and place into oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked.

Caution: This is a raw product, this must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C  before consumption.

Storage Instructions:
Keep frozen at or below -18°C.
Do not re-freeze.
