At Door.com.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Return Policy

Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our sweets and other food items, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Perishable Products: For any non-perishable items that we may offer (e.g., packaging, gift items), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@door.com.pk. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost. You may be required to return the incorrect product, in which case we will provide a return shipping label.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Process: Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as for products with minor damages or if an incorrect product was partially consumed before the issue was reported.

4. Cancellations

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, the order is processed, and cancellations are not possible. To cancel your order, please contact us at admin@door.com.pk.com as soon as possible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Gift Cards: Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the quality or the wrong item was delivered.
